Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

Note: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at injamamulhossain817@gmail.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged during transit.

  • You received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personal Care Tech: Items like used in-ear headphones (earbuds) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases (if applicable).

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the "original condition" criteria mentioned above.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
