Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer dedicated shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as international shipping to most other countries.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (USA & UK)
We strive to provide the fastest and most affordable shipping options for our core markets:

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 (or £60).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries globally.

Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days depending on your location.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Glitx is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
You can also track your package directly on our [Track Your Order] page using your tracking ID.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls under this category, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at injamamulhossain817@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier or our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
